Education

At the core of For All Moonkind’s philosophy is the recognition that global – and off-world – issues are best solved through international collaboration.  Our organization works from the grassroots to develop multilateral relationships and support at the public, private and individual level.  Of course our most effective tool in building support is education.  And we are involved in a number of important efforts:

  • We partner with universities around the world to offer lectures and presentations on space law and policy.  In particular, the organization sponsors space development activities and research at the undergraduate level to encourage students to consider a future in a space-related field.  Please contact michelle@forallmoonkind.org for more information.
  • We have published the first in a series of booklets regarding the Moon and human interaction with the lunar surface. It is anticipated this series will encompass all aspects of Moon exploration and potential settlement, as well as Moon history and myths.  These books will be available for purchase.  Proceeds will directly support further education efforts – including plans to distribute the books without charge where necessary.  You can view an online version of our protytpe here, or purchase a digital version here.  Please contact tim@forallmoonkind.org   if you would like to purchase a hard copy.
  • We are also creating a series of children’s books designed to ignite interest in space and STEM from a young age. These books will also be available for purchase.  Proceeds will directly support further education efforts – including plans to distribute the books without charge where necessary.
  • And we want to bring the Moon to you! We are developing a mobile experiential campaign to bring the lunar landing experience to children and families around the world.  You can view our “Watch Your Step” concept here.  Please contact tim@forallmoonkind.org for more information.

And we can use your help!  Please donate now to our important education efforts.
